Warranty Information

All our watches come with a 12 month warranty, unless explicitly stated on the sales listing. See: Why doesn’t this watch have a warranty?

Our warranty covers the replacement of faulty or defective mechanical components. In the unlikely event you encounter an issue with your watch, please contact us and we will arrange to have your watch assessed by accredited independant watchmakers.

Our warranty does not cover water resistance, magnetism, shock resistance, accidental damage or damage caused by improper use. Manufacturer service warranties can often provide reassurance and guarantees for clients who require water resistance. We will outline these where applicable.

If you would like your watch serviced before it is delivered to you, to ensure water resistance or for the additional reassurance of service/manufacturers warranty, we would be happy to help by using our extensive contacts, servicing precisely to your specification and requirements.

To summarise, our warranty covers:

  • The authenticity of your watch. All our watches are 100% genuine, all of the time.

  • Mechanical failure. Any mechanical failure indicated by the watch stopping, timekeeping in excess expectations considering service history and age, unusually low amplitude or power reserve due to untimely component failure or faulty components is covered by our warranty. We will use the best specialist watchmakers in the industry to assess and correct the issue as quickly and as thoroughly as possible.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Resistance to water or humid environments.

  • Accuracy of timekeeping except within reasonable limits for the age and service history of the watch.

  • Damage caused by neglect, impact or improper use.

  • Vintage bracelets or clasps.

  • Loss as a result of a failure of any one of the aforementioned components or parts.

  • Transfer of ownership.
