Any purchased goods will dispatch once payment has been received in full & has been verified.

Goods are shipped to the UK securely, via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Goods to be shipped overseas will ship securely using an express carrier. If you have a preferred courier, or any other preferences, please contact us.

All goods sold and shipped by us are fully insured. Shipping costs are included in the purchase price.

Note: All duties, customs charges, courier handling fees or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check the laws and legislation for import in your country before buying, to avoid unexpected import tariffs.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your watch - remember all our exotic watches are available to see in person, by appointment. We are available to answer any questions, or provide additional pictures on request.

Goods not previously inspected by you may be returned, in an unused, unworn state within 14 days of receipt of delivery (courier delivered date). Return postage, currency conversion, taxes and duties are due to be paid by the purchaser (you). Any used, worn, altered or goods that have been inspected in person by you, previous to the agreement of a sale, cannot be returned. Refunds will take place once the goods have passed inspection. Original shipping and packaging costs will be deducted. Any reimport duties paid by P.E.W. Ltd will also be deducted.

We reserve the right to reject unsealed goods, or goods that are otherwise deemed in breach of this contract. Returned goods that are not in as shipped condition will be subject to a value reduction in proportion to wear, tear or missing items. Be aware paperwork, and packaging can form a substantial part of the value of a vintage watch.

Refunds will be paid within 14 days, once they have passed inspection. Refunds are issued using the original purchase method.
